Payments

We accept cash, personal checks and Visa, Master Card, and Discover for our services and any product purchases. Payment is due at the time services and/or products are received. All products purchased have a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase. No purchase returns are accepted after 30 days. A $25.00 fee will be applied to all dishonored payments (returned checks or credit card payments). All prices are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy:

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means that we need to know 48 hours ahead of time if you cannot keep your appointment or have to reschedule. Without 48 hours notice, payment will be expected in full. The exception is when you are sick. We prefer not to work on clients with a cold, flu or other communicable condition and will not hold you to the 48-hour cancellation policy in that case. Thank you for your consideration.

Gift Certificates:

We offer gift certificates that can be used towards services and/or products. The gift certificates will always show the monetary value, so they can be for any amount with the minimum being $10.00. For example, for a one-hour massage purchased as a gift, the gift certificate would say: “This certificate is for: A one hour Massage (valued at $80) Gift Certificates can not be redeemed for cash and body Celebration Day Sap is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.

Merchandise Returns:

Returned merchandise will be graciously accepted within 30 days for in-spa credit or product exchange only, no cash or credit card refunds. We do not accept returns on any open or used makeup, any product that has been used 50% or more, any sale and/or discontinued items.

Referral Program:

We appreciate referrals, and we realize how precious your referrals are. As a thank-you, we will give you $15.00 dollars off on any treatment of your choice for every referral you send to us. The $15.00 reward can also be used towards gift certificates you may want to purchase.

Ethics:

At Body Celebration Day Spa we will always hold true to the highest standard of professionalism. Following is our code of ethics so you know what you can expect in our working together. We are looking forward to serving you and appreciate your trust in us.

1.	We are committed to providing personalized care and knowledgeable techniques in a clean and comfortable atmosphere.
2.	We will always work with clean, sterilized equipment complying with the State of California requirements.
3.	We will provide a safe, comfortable, clean environment that is stocked with quality equipment and supplies.
4.	We will only provide those services for which we are qualified and (physically and emotionally) able to do, and refer clients to appropriate specialists when work is not within our scope of practice or not in the client’s best interest.
5.	We will customize all treatments to meet our client’s needs.
6.	Our work is strictly therapeutic and we will never engage in any sexual activity with clients. We will respect each client regardless of age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status, body type, political affliction, state of health, and personal habits.
7.	We will maintain confidentiality of information concerning clients and refrain from discussing client care details, except if we have the client’s consent or are required to do so by law.
8.	We will not work on clients should we have a cold, flu or other communicable conditions, and will call each client with as much notice as possible to re-schedule our appointments.
9.	We do, however, reserve the right to cancel an appointment at the last minute due to health concerns or an emergency.
10.	We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or end a session with a client who is not respectful, or makes any unwanted comments or advances to Body Celebration Practitioners, other clients, or any other person on the premises of 745 B Street, San Rafael, CA 94901.
